I went through the exact same thing putting the Primacy's back on my car! I think I read every last thing written on the sidewall, looking for the directional arrows!
The tires have a very asymmetical-looking tread, and it certainly seems like they should be directional, but I'm pretty sure they aren't. Just an inside and and outside. If you look at Michelin's website, the only tires in the Pilot "family" that are specifically listed as directional are the Pilot Alpin winter tires.
