You just mount them with the arrows going forward, so that the left ones are the other way on the wheels. You start out with 4 identical tires, and you choose left and right, and they stay that way. I think these are the same, except some people seem to be saying that the old rule about never rotating left to right with radials is no longer valid. I still follow the rule, so mine are permanent left/right, and hence, directional.
