You'll have to reset the clock, but the best way I know of is to disconnect one of your battery terminals. Recconect it, and take the car out. If you live in an area with hills, it helps. Run the car in 3rd or 4th up the hill at WOT from around 2K to 4K or so. If you do this 3 times I believe, it resets the ECU. I'm thinking of tracking my car this summer and I'll definitely be doing this before I take her out.
