at the other in the mirror. Which is not likely to happen. You are kidding around aren't you? Yes, the same part of the tread is on the outside on each side. And it's different from the tread on the inside. And you can only do that of you have an "outside" of the tire and an "inside". Which works if you circle the car with the outside of the tire against your body, stop at any point in the circle, then apply tire to wheel.
