John does not know how to deal with new organic pads. He is in danger of getting uneven material transfer of organic material from the pad to the rotor. Agressive bedding in as descrived elsewhere, prevents this and also burns off some of the organic material in the face of the pad to remove some of the organics. The organics are melted nylon or kelvar or whatever is used in a particlar pad. Don't turn to EBC for advice either.
