that you are going too fast. I haven't gotten nailed yet, but in my first week in the car, I floored it in the left lane to swing around the other cars to make an exit, and when I looked down, I was going 98. Didn't feel like that at all. It's new, it's quiet, it's smooth, and I am continually going too fast and being nagged to slow down. There have been several times when I caught myself, and it is just good fortune that I haven't been stopped. And they use laser here some places, and you only pick that up if you are lucky enough to have someone ahead of you to bait the cop to fire (AND he does not choose them to chase, AND the laser goes wide of them). I assume that if I blunder into laser with or without a good detector, I'm caught.
