Tilt down side mirror and park assist were available before '03 (not sure about the mirrors, electronic park assist was an option starting '02. I'm not sure which year a rearview mirror became standard but I find it quite useful when parking- When you look behind your car for kids etc before you get in pretty much eliminates the need for this feature anyhow.)

True, paddles are new, but if you want to shift gears why not get yourself a manual transmission and save a pile of money? (BTW, brakes are designed to slow the car down, transmissions are designed to relay the power from the engine to the drive wheels, not the other way around- compare the price of a brake job to a transmission rebuild and you'd wonder why you'd want to "save" your brakes in this manner)

PS- Careful what you say about "that ugly mocha color" I've got a hazelnut Aero wagon that I think is just great. There is a reason there's so many colour choices you know!
