electrical connector then do the reverse, you can replace the DI.
Would that be simple enough for you ?
The hard part would be waiting for the engine to cool down first before changing the DI as it sits right on top of the engine.
You don't have to worry about dielectric grease and such if your DI goes out on you in the middle of the trip. You can worry about it later.
