Buddy, I cleaned my TB, and the problem has gone away. If your dealer has not looked at this, it might be worth investigating. If they have done this and the problem persists, maybe ask about swapping out the TB fpr a new one? It looks as if you are still under warranty.
The cleaning job simply involves removing the large hose that runs from the front of the car to the driver side of the engine. Where the top of the hose is taken off the engine, spray carb. cleaner into the flap (open the flap too) and wipe around really good. A varnish type gunk will come off. The varnish keeps the flap from adjusting as conditions warrant. The RPM issue is a result of the sticky nature of the build up.
Hope you get to the bottom of your problem.
