Torqueing the wheel nuts on these alloy wheels seems to be very important. My Volvo is extremely sensitive to this... if the nuts are too tight, the rotors will warp within 10K miles.
When I got my 9-5, the rotors had been replaced as part of their inspection, and the rotors warped within 4K miles. I found the nuts torqued to around 160ft/lbs. I got the dealer to give me new rotors, put them on myself, then torqued them down properly. No warping in the 20K miles since then. These are Saab/OEM rotors, not cross-drilled.
