Ther i sa Y-shaped plastic tube piece which distributes the washer stream to the middle and passenger side nozzles. This piece is located under the cover on the lower side of the hood. I had this one replaced recently, but it is a DIY job. All you need to have is the right tool for the removal of the plastic pins which hold the cover to the lower side of the hood.

The Y-shaped piece has a valve in it which gets worn out (leaky) after some time, therefore the jet stream doesn't progress with enough pressure to the nozzles. Very unlikely there's anything wrong with the washer pump on your car.
