From vast experience the first problem was that the clamp on the tube leading to the throttle body didn't get properly tightened after the throttle body was cleaned at the service and the tube blew off under boost. The tube is plastic and if the clamp isn't cranked dowm really tight the hose will slip off. This has happened in our dealership a couple of times(once to me) and we now floor the car a couple of times on the test drive to be sure it is tight enough. Be willing to bet they didn't give you an invoice listing any new part on it).
As far as the other three items are concerned you have seen fewer repairs than most. It took me until last year to realise that there is no automotive perfection. Even if you had bought the vaunted Mercedes Maybach for around $300k you would have suffered the indignity of a fuel pump recall.
