Obnoxious Customer Service Rep

So I take my 02 Linear 9-5 to the dealer because the rear shelf speakers are out and the driver's seat moves when I brake hard. Service rep checks stereo (front sounds loud and clear, rear very low and muffled) and says "sounds fine to me". Regarding the front seat, he looks me straight in the eye and asks mockingly "do you brake hard often?"
What gives? I'm tempted to take it to a local indie and pay for repairs rather than deal with this crap again. Lease expires in about a year, and at this point I won't consider another Saab just because of the trouble I've had dealing with this dealership. Next closest Saab dealer is about 30 miles away.
