Well maybe these things are normal for Saab, but I've never experienced movement in the driver's seat when braking in any other vehicle I've ever owned or driven. It can be quite disconcerting. So, maybe when customers complain of such things, customer service reps should be a little more understanding and a little less obnoxious.
Sounds like Saab uses the excuse of "normal" for things that never should have passed quality assurance and should have been redesigned a long time ago.
