They are not through SAAB, it's a third party called "Cars". They are backed by Allstate so they're a legit company.
I got the list of what's not covered fax to me, it doesn't include:
-any of the exhaust system
-fresh/heated air induction system (is this the a/c??)
-Safety restraint system
-PCV system
These are the majors. Minor stuff not included is light bulbs, fuses, circuit breakers, shock absorbers, weather stripping, molding, outside ornamentation, external nuts, bolts, and fastners, and some other krap.
I'm nervous about them not covering items when I request "gripe" issues such as window clanking, sluggish startups, smoke issues, noises/vibrations, and the like even though they should since those things aren't on the list of exclusions. Anyone have experience in this department?
THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR HELP!!!
buddy
