Unbelievably (bad) dealer experience; long, but juicy!

Agreed on price, lease agreement, basically everything with visits to dealer and over phone as well. He found car I wanted (red/tan); we haggled and then agreed on how much shipping I would pay for (car in kentucky). Done deal; or so I thought.

Gave credit card over phone yesterday to secure car and begin transport, went to dealer today for paper signing.

Owner says, "ok lets see about that pricing..." He quotes me a NEW price about $35 higher per month on lease. (over $800 over course of lease). I say "thats not the price we agreed upon just yesterday."
Owner: "YOU want to see my invoice? YOU wanna see how much this car is gonna cost me?" (now starting to raise voice); Then he RUNS out of his own office to grab Saab representative to tell me how prices have gone up recently and the GM pricing I had wasnt right.
Me: "GM sent me this pricing last week."
Owner: "I got this invoice and prices change"
Me: "I actually just want to pay the price we agreed upon - just yesterday. "
Owner: "I worked hard to get this car, shipping, calling around to find you the right car..."
Me: "Thats what you DO, you're a car dealer."
Owner: (now shouting, loudly) "People like you are never happy!!! [Phone rings]; "Maybe this person wants to buy a God Damn car"
Me: "I'm not used to dealing with people who act this way, maybe you could lower your voice."
Owner: (More shouting about working "damn hard" to find a car and having it shipped.
Me: "I am school teacher and my 12 year old students dont act like this..."
[he loved that one :-) ]

He storms out, and female #2 in charge says to come into her office.
Me: Does he normally act this way?
Owner #2: He worked very hard, blah blah blah... She informs me that lease residuals have also changed (of course in their benefit) and they change often...

and it goes on like this for bit and then I say i need a breather and while on a short walk decide that you just cant treat people like crap and get away with it.

I walk back into dealership tell #2 I have chosen not to buy a car from them and say as my final statement: "I've just never dealt with someone who acted like that." I know its not that catchy, but I was happy with it.

Dealer in Philly (im in massachusetts) has same car equipped plus xenon and it comes out a few bucks cheaper. i wanted to do business locally, but it was just too much.

only problem is, i would have to go back to dealer for service and its only saab/volvo and its not a big dealership...i know sales and service are two different departments but...

thoughts?
