but perhaps you're rational enough to be objective after driving one of these things.
Hard to judge percentages by reading here, no question some folks have experienced pricey repairs. Some enjoy trouble free driving, big help here!
So you pays your money and takes your chances!
Who wouldn't be excited about driving one of these? Altho, to be fair, I'm still excited about driving my 99 9-3SE despite it's shortomings.
The DIC is ~300 delivered from europarts (assuming the black T7 same price as red T5, maybe it's a little more). Spare your cat, install the new DI and carry the old as a spare.
You'll want a diag guy you can trust! But I think good DIY goes along way with these Saabs, especially with this resource.
BTW I'm also looking at a few Aero's for my wife, and am struggling a little with the warrany issue. Good Luck!
