Sleezy Sacramento Saab Service Center!

Gosh I need to rant. =(
About a month ago my AC gave out in my '99 9-5. I was at 99k miles and about to go over my extended warranty of 100k at the time.
I called Sacramento Saab and explained that it seemed the blower had gone out because the air wasn't being pushed. They said the soonest that they could get me in would be the first week of October. I estimated that this would be slightly over my warranty and so I asked if that would be a problem. The girl at the call center said it wouldn't be an issue and that she would make a note that I only had 1k left on the warranty (which she did).
I called a day later to reschedule it later in the first week of October. Again I asked if it would be an issue to have the mileage over the limit by the time they could see it. AGAIN they said no.
Well, you guessed it. That was a month ago and today I took my car in for repairs with 100,240 on the odometer. Now they won't do the repairs...!!!
Apparently they are saying that it is MY fault for not insisting on service a month ago and it's my fault for complacently accepting their schedule as offered by the service center's operator. I should have been pushier and ignored the broad and spoken with someone else.
Maybe I'm too polite to push when someone says they don't have the time, but I'm not too polite to scream when I've been lied to.
Does anyone know where I might take this for resolution? Sacramento Saab doesn't want to talk to me and I'm not sure if Saab can do much to put the pressure on them.
PS. It's HOT is Sacramento w/o AC!
