I assume you are considering steel rims as a cost savings over the alloys. I suggest you look into the cost of purchasing a set of used 16-inch Saab alloys, as these might be even less expensive than new steel wheels (and there are no used 16-inch steel wheels to be had since this is the first year 16-inch steelies have been offerred).
I went the steel route to save money and they work fine. But considering the cost of new steel rims, and wheel covers which break easily, used alloys probably would have been the smarter choice.
