You need to go one rung up the ladder, maybe two. If the service advisor is ignoring you, ask for his boss the service manager. Be reasonable and polite, but insist he let you know what they're going to do.
If the service manager is still reluctant, ask him to contact the factory service rep and to have the factory rep contact you. Without a clear failure or a defective part to warranty, likely the factory rep will need to be consulted to approve any "adjustments" anyway, ask for the factory service rep to be included in the loop and to get in touch with you.
My only brake squeak folks are light brakers around town too. Slow gentle stops in town, next to buildings that reflect the sound and you have to be really gentle, just barely slowing the car with light braking and straining hard to hear it, but once you begin to hear it, it's very annoying.
Brake pads are a compromise.
