About 3 hours to drop and refit pan with gasket scraping and replacing o-rings.
But if the engine has an oil sludge problem it could be a lot more hours since the valve cover has to come off and a lot of time is needed to scrape and spray away the goo inside the timing cover and inside the crank shaft area.
I charged some 6 hours on that 9-3 engine and realize I sold myself way to cheap compared to the amount of time I spent cleaning out the crap.
But it also included to retorque head bolts and some other small stuff.
