or get under there yourself and scrape the paint away on the weld area next to the pivot point at the chassis mount....you may or may not be able to see cracks there. If you see a crack it is definitely a problem, but just because you can't see it doesn't mean one won't develop.
If you don't see a crack there you'd have to remove the suspension arm and have it magnefluxed or dye pentrant tested but even then all you have is some assurance that a crack isn't present when you tested it. The real issue is inadequate material around that pivot which apparently allows for fatigue crack growth and propagation. IMHO clearly a design failure.
