Fun job.. not as bad as you think though. I have an 89 california car - so everything comes off pretty easy. no rust or corrosion. Don't recomend the rebuild kit on the master. However, while your at draining the system, I would suggest rebuilding the calipers if they havn't been done in a while. (kits are about $12 each) Pretty simple, plan on an whole sunday though, if you rebuild the calipers. You don't really need a bleading kit - and besides, they don't work very well. Maybe you have a buddy or a lady friend who can sit there and pump for a while. Anyway, as far as the master goes, unbolt the master from the fire wall, unhook the lines, I put a bunch of papertowel down under to catch the brake fluid from running all over the engine compartment. Once you do that, tip it over and drain the fluid out into something like an oil pan. You will need to use the plastic resivior over again, that simply pulls out of the old master. Clean it up some, get the gunk out of it. Plant it on the new master, do everything again - only in reverse. And start bleading...
