Pretty straightforward, especially since you have Bentley. If just doing master, maybe 2-3 hrs at a leisurely pace.
Brake cylinders are very straightforward to rebuild. The only problem with rebuilding is that if your cylinder bore is corroded, your new build will start leaking in a matter of weeks. When you have the cylinder apart, shine a light down the bore. If you see **any** sign of corrosion/scoring, replace the whole cylinder. This is more likely to be the case on cars where the brake fluid hasn't been changed every 2 years.
Same comments apply as far as rebuilding calipers.
As for brake bleeders, if you plan to be doing brakes again, get yourself a pressure bleeder. A cheap one in the UK is around £15 ($25), and makes the job mych quicker. A very valuable tool.
Not sure what the clamping pliers are. Only specialist item is circlip pliers, for rempving the circlip from the top of the cylinder. A must-have item.
Brake lines - depens how far you want to go. If they look in good shape, them may last another 10 years, or one may give way next week. I'd say only do them if you're going to do the front calipers at the same time. These are a major weak point, and definitely worth fixing before they start sticking. As for SS, it looks good, but gives no improvement is brake feel. Really. They may last longer too, but considering that the OEM rubber lines last 20years+, it's not a consideration.
Good luck!
