My $0.02 (worth every penny). Replace the seal and the o-ring for the pump housing. If the pulley outer ring is not rotating with respect to the base, do not replace it. Once it starts to squeak and rotate, replace it. It is not that tough. Follow Tom T's directions and you will not have a problem. If after you replace the seal and o-ring, it is still leaking, you can buy a sleeve for the pulley. Put the sleeve on and the leak will disappear. If this is still a problem, let us know.
