Just did this a few weeks ago on Kooch's '90 900S during the turbo conversion. Make sure line fittings are tight, the ones we had were leaky and had to be renewed - most speed shops have the equipment to crimp new oil lines. Oil cooler shroud must be from a '87 or later or it will not fit. Neccesary to remove the front bumper to install the oil cooler. The mounting holes should already be there as well as the hole for the left-hand line (remove rubber plug). Easiest to bolt the lines onto the mount then bolt the mount to the engine. Don't know about 2.0/2.1 diffs. Definately clean out the inside of the cooler and lines with lacquer thinner until clean. Good luck.
