...this comes from my experience with Uusikaupunki-made Saabs, haven't checked the details on any Trollhättan built vehicles:
The "SPG" package, as we know is similar (well very similar) to the AERO package available in Europe. When in the assembly line at the factory, the cars had stickers glued on them identifying the configuration of that particular vehicle. This sticker can be easily found at least glued on the metal frame under the door panels. What it says is not completely clear without knowledge of the factory's coding system.
It does list the color codes, type of windows and mirrors (manual, electric) and so on... One of the items on the list is AERO. In Uusikaupunki the stickers were in Finnish, where EI equals to NO in english. This is why all the cars say AERO on that sticker, but the string EI AERO means "not an aero". So be very careful!
I suppose it says something like EJ AERO or something in the Trollhättan assembled cars, maybe someone could check it out and report?
