The thing to do would be to weld something onto it that you can get a good hold on. Maybe you can get some one to do it for you if you haven't got the equipment. Vice grips and a good whack to get it going might also work. Don't lose your head and start hammering or drilling, you'll ruin it. Keep your patience. In the worst case put it back together and take the car to somewhere where they do it for you. That won't cost your head.
The weld thing is the best solution. Take an old wrench and weld it to that %&@###bolt, you'll get it going for sure. It's fun too.
