What, you didn't know about the locking tabs?
Nearly all the cases of rounded caliper bolt heads I've seen come from someone trying to remove the caliper bolt without moving the locking tab away from the hex face (I use a cold chisel to separate it and then a punch to flatten it down) so a six point impact socket can be fitted.
Also, there are flank drive six point sockets that are pretty effective at gripping all but the most rounded off heads...also special sockets that are driven onto the bolt head with a hammer and grip the head for removal.
All else failing, you'll have to remove the bearing carrier/hub and use a grinder to cut off the bolt head. You'll have to remove the yoke from the cylinder and then the cylinder can move off the bolt stubs. Then the stubs will have to be removed.
