If it stalls and the tack goes IMMEDIATELY to zero (does not slowly drop then stall), I would think you have a main electrical connection which is bad. When you are accelerating hard, you will pull up the front of teh motor. There is a positive cable looping over the front end of the transmission. Inspect it and make sure it is tight on the alternator and that the insulation is intact. If not, replace. (Disconnect negative terminal first!!). There is a ground point on the front of the transmission as well. You may want to clean and reassemble the ground connection at the transmission. If it stalls slowly (not a quick cut of power), it is most probably fuel related. Have the fuel pressure and flow checked
