evaluate the cost and weigh it out as to report it to ins or fix it yourself. You running a RRFPR or other non stock regulator? lean=bad, really bad, but then you already found that out... I would be moved to install, at least temporarily, a AF ratio meter. Remember, a bad AMM signal, bad O2 sensor, or other fault can also cause a catastrophic lean condition as well. If all the parts are 50 state legal or at least legal where you live, it will probably go through the ins company. no guarantees.
