replace t-stat first, purge air, and pressure test. 82C t-stat for hot areas, regular 87C for up north cold climates.
still does same? then replace rad. lowest $ is about 130 for alum/plastic.
gage should never near red. Fans come on at 2/3 in traffic, but not needed on h-way.
with new rad, may fans never come on (AC off) in 90F slow commute, with many stop lights.
