it sounds like you are going to have to cut off the the head of the bolt, then you can spread the lower a arm a little and slide the sucker out. What you can do next time is, loosen the ball joint nut from the steering knuckle as high as you can without touching the outer boot, remove the shock from its lower mounting and whack the steering knuckle where the ball joint goes through it with a big hammer and it should pop free no problem, use vise grips to hold ball joint shaft from turning to remove the nut the rest of the way. then you can remove the bolts that hold the ball joint in easily by applying an air impact wrench on the bolt, not the nut, and this should free the bolt from the ball joint. remember to anti rust new bolts.you probably will need to use a spreader on the tie rod ends though. keep on saaben !
