-bottom of radiator, driver side near rad. hose
mights as well check other side, ground connection
-main harness, any & all wires as they emerge from the harness sleeve, near the front of the motor, OEM harness goes under intake runner, near hot motor, I put mine above, the main harness will tell you immediately if your wires are baked and brittle, IT WON'T BEND!
-hall sensor wire, at dist,above turbo
-temp sensor wire near tstat
-check insulation on knock sensor
-conn(s) at alt.
The quicky fix is silicon elec. tape, it bonds only to itself, high temp, cool orange color.
if you lose a connector, RTV/silicon works good
jbweld to fix hall sensor housing on dist.
also, check that the main harness is tied up and away from the power steering pump/pulley/belt
