don't go touching them now (i.e. adujstments to throttle switch, etc.) look to see if you bumped something off when you were working in and around the aic valve. more than likely it is a vacuum leak. check the vacuum lines. the 1300 rpm means you are in limp home mode. also, the engine will rev higher on cold start until it reaches its normal temp. so that's why you're going to 2000 rpm initially. if you crimp the aic valve hose, your idle will drop, because you have not touched the throttle, and because the aic valve is doing its job. the ecu is sensing an incorrect mixture and opening the aic valve to get you home. so, check for the vacuum hoses in the vicinity, see if there was anything you leaned on while working the other day. you should be able to track something down. but, you may have just allowed the aic to operate correctly now (as it was stuck b4) and a problem fromt he past has just now showed up. i would check the area you worked in and then run through all your vacuum lines. good luck.
