Tire size switch and speedo, etc

I just got new 195/60 R-15s. Drove 200 miles on them yesterday - nice.
Question - going from 185/65s to 195 60s - is the speedo affected, if so, does it read fast (i.e. tells you you're going 70 when you're really going 65) or slow?
I went with a Uniroyal TP Touring HR - seems to be a nice combo of performance and traction in all weather. Sure felt smooth on the drive to and from Madison, WI yesterday - harmonic at 65 mph otherwise minimal noice, front end vibration all but gone at 70 mph and up.
Thanks,
SDBWORKS
