88 900T. Just completed installation of new head & turbocharger. Started right up on completion. Noticed a "blip" @ idle about every 10 seconds or so. Drove the car easily for about 20 Miles..uneventful, ran fine except for stall on deceleration twice (checked bypass valve before reinstallation, held vacuum). Hours later, went to drive car and experienced lots of sputtering at low RPM (almost didn't make it back home). Cleaned AIC. Engine starts OK and will idle but "blips" now occur every 3 seconds or so. In neutral, can ease throttle up through RPM range and once RPMs get to 1500 or so, can punch it and get immediate response. Hoses all seem to be in place. Not aware of any disconnected electrical fittings. Electrical? Note: I admit I haven't timed it yet, but distributor is very close to where it was before disassembly (16 degrees I think) and turning the distributor doesn't seem to have any effect on the problem. Also, electrical fitting to body of distributor is broken but held securely with tie wraps. I don't think this has anything to do with problem but I suppose it could. Your thoughts?
