How do you move / store a spare engine (in garage)?

At my parents house, I removed the engine/transmission/drivers from my ol' rusty '87 before it was hauled to the scrap yard. Now my parents have the engine sitting on top of some 2x4s near the front patio of their house (no garage, just a "car port"). I wish there was some way that I could mount it on some wheels so I could scoot it to the back of the car port, I had to take my neighbors engine crane back to him also. The engine is going to be sitting around until the engine in my 85 dies, which will be a while, and Im getting another parts car this weekend and will have that engine/transmission sitting around (its a lot of fun cutting up cars I pick up for next to nothing, guess Im weird that way.) I may actually just take this engine apart just for fun because I want to see how it all works but it only has 98k miles on it and ran very strong before I dismantled the car. So anyone else here have a few spare engines laying around the house? :)
