I don't want to go for than Saab did so I'm sticking to the 185HP redbox mimic tuning prodedure per geocities' tweakyourapc page. I don't want to just turn up the potentiometers but I want to know exactly what resistance I am ending up with. Hence using my multimeter.
BTW my '93 900TC currently cannot tell the different between premium and 87 (3/4 yellow). I am NOT stuck in base boost (I unplugged the APC solenoid) which leaves me at about 1/8 yellow. Perhaps my base boost is too low but unless I know that for sure (and I don't own the equipment to check) I do not want to haphazardly crank it up. Is there any reason the base boost setting would get messed up over time?
After a long absence and not having enough margin in life, it is good to have the time to be back on this BB.
TIA,
Mike
