I pulled the codes on my '92 (100K) today and found
following 12112 and 12111 which means acc Bentley: OXYGEN SENSOR SELF-COMPENSATING CIRCUIT PROBLEM (IDLE & WHILE RUNNING)
So I did the O2 check as per BENTLEY and found
preheater 5,4 Ohms ==> OK
But a very low voltage on the output signal 0,07V (fluctuating slightly) playing with the throttle gave me the higher 0,7V
But leaving the black wire connected to ECU gave me 0,3 - 0,7V as should be....?
Now what's going on. I should leave the wire disconnected while measuring right?
Why does it gave a good reading when connected?
Is my O2 shot???
I am pretty sure I cured all the vacuum leaks.... new hoses, silicon sealing etc.
But I am having idle fluctuations and sticking to 1200 rpm intermittant (when warm). That's why I pulled the codes.
Some advice please!?
Emil
