Something else I should definitely mention.... The car almost seems to be backfiring every once and a while into the intake manifold. Sounds crazy, but when I was running it for those 5 minutes it was kind of making this burping sound until I corrected the timing (I set it with a light and it still lit up the cat). ALSO, the junction between the turbo outlet and exhaust pipe was spewing exhaust and smoke! And I have those 3 13mm bolts torqued down very well. Almost as if the engine was fighting to get the exhaust air out. I am starting to think that the cat may be very very clogged. In the morning I will try starting it up and see if much air is coming out the exhaust. I could also try loosening the turbo-exhaust junction that was leaking exhaust and see if the engine runs any better with more exhaust breathing room.
