wobbly mirror?

On the road this morning I noticed my driver's side rearview doing a cute little dance as I bounced along the "roads" of Cambridge. Didn't take a closer look at it before I ducked into the office but it almost looks like the actual mirror is falling off the motorized mount, because trying to use the power mirror motor seems to move it (sorta). Anyone out there encountered this before? How does one go about re-adhering the mirror if it indeed is falling off/dislodged?
Thanks
Bry M.
