As Doug noted, you might need to "restick the glass" onto the mounting ring. There is also a good chance that the mounting ring has just detached from the bracket. If so, you can lift the mirror out of the mount. You will see a rotating ring that the mounting ring on the mirror fastens to. Run the mirror motor to the full up position put the mirror in the mount. With a small screwdriver rotate the ring to lock the mirror back in place.
