but it was only after I bolted a mitsu turbo on. I'm not sure why yet, I think mine might be AIC related but not sure. I really haven't gotten around to really diagnosing it other than there is no vacuum leaks.
Things to look at:
Vacuum hoses
throttle cable lengths
clean throttle body
check AMM
It sounds like your AIC is working correctly, but you could still try giving it a small cleaning w/ whateve is recommended(injector cleaner/wd40). I would first clean your throttle body out and then check you throttle cable length to makes sure the butterfly is shutting all the way. If that doesn't work disconnect the battery for 15min and then reconnect. The engine should idle a little rough at first but will regain posture after a drive or two. Maybe that might reset it. If none of that works check AMM or do a swap w/ another LH2.4.2 AMM.
