It's pretty unlikely you'll get anywhere trying this. If the car isn't starting because you have no tach signal, the LH ECU won't have any info to fire the injectors with and, well, it won't! If you think it may be the "LH Bad Ground" scenario, jump Pin 30 to 87a *and* 87b on the Fuel Pump Relay by the LH box. Unless the fuse is blown, bypassing it won't get you anywhere.
