I agree with the others, you've done absolutely nothing wrong here, and you definitely should stand up for yourself. If at all possible, contact an attorney, and get under your car and take pictures of the oil and tranny fluid drain plugs to show that they are both clearly marked as to what they are. Other than that, definitely don't get off the repair company's back. Be politlely firm until they fully reimburse and fix all damages. Also, in the future, changing your own oil is very easy, money saving and rewarding. Just post on this board a how-to question and you'll get pleny of replies as to how to do it.
