normal with 82 t-stat is 40% on gage, cruising ac off, and rising to 70% when fans come on in stopped traffic.
1st have system pressure tested, and install new exp tank cap.
if orig rad from life in pa, likely fouled. replacement is $130 from sponsors here.
with low 82c t-stat, get the 3 pin 85C fan-switch installed from sobstory or europarts, and use pins + and 1. leave 2 unused.
bleed system several times aft repair.
