I dissagree. I have never seen a good paint job by using masking tape. I am sure that you are going to have to use it sometime, but I think the less you use the better it is going to look. If you have the time, USE IT! I mean take off everything that you can, SPG panels, front and rear lights, Bumpers, door handles, trim around the windows, the windows . . . stuff like that. In the end you will be happy you took the time.
Next time you see a car that has been painted at Macco, look at where they taped things off, in a few years or months those spots will start to peal.
