Figured out. Set it to the right spec in the bently. It won't hold at first but drive around a bit braking as normal. After a day or 2 days driving and braking the parking brake will be normal. the calipers just need to brake in no pun intended. This is what I did and my hand brake is fine. I got my rotors from NAPA but I don't think there is any difference. Give it a try but I know it won't work until you use the brakes a bit.
good luck
Dylan
