If isn't a DIYer, comfortable with living with a less than decent SAAB, or if the fellow doesn't drop the price down to about $3,000 or less, I'd recommend following the words of Brave, Brave Sir Robin: "Run Away! Run away!"
Here's what I see:
Power steering: That's the sound of power steering fluid going through the valve orifices on the rack. It may be a sign of a rack on its way out. But then again, it could last for years. Plan on $500.
Clutch. It needs at least a new throwout bearing and pilot bearing. While you're in there you may as well replace the clutch disc, slave cylinder, primary shaft seal, and pressure plate. (My '89 had the same squeal a few months ago. I replaced what I described above.) Siezed pilot bearing is likely why it grinds into reverse. Plan on $600
Sunroof: Gearbox on the motor is either coming apart (3 screws) or is toast. Plan on anything from 1 hour labor (for putting the gearbox back together) up to $250.
SRS Light: Good Lord, clipped wires?
Alarm: Ditto
Antenna: Easy - replace mast. The plastic track on the mast is broken. $20 + shipping for the part. 1 hour labor.
A/C: up to $1200
Heat: Could be the bypass valve, heater valve. Any idea when the cooling system was flushed? (This ties into the headgasket issue, too.)
Charging system: A couple of possibilities here. It could be a bad alternator ground wire, a current drain when the car is off, or the battery isn't kept charged because they don't drive it enough. The clock will draw some current, of course, so it could drain the battery over the long haul.
Not to mention the 2.1 Litre engine headgasket issue. There's another potential $800 to $1100.
There are enough unknowns about the car that a non-DIYer might want to consider continuing to look elsewhere.
